I’m Will, a librarian and public services professional focused on student engagement, operations, and access.

A little about me

I am an academic library leader focused on building resilient public services systems that balance operational excellence with user-centered design. My work centers on aligning staffing models, service frameworks, and physical and digital spaces with institutional priorities and student needs.


Across multiple academic contexts, I have led large teams, redesigned workflows, expanded access, and guided complex service initiatives—from scheduling infrastructure and space optimization to grant-funded wellness and engagement programs. I have also contributed to accreditation efforts, strategic planning, and organizational change, translating institutional goals into sustainable library practices.


I approach libraries as dynamic organizations where people, systems, and culture intersect. My leadership philosophy emphasizes clarity, equity, and adaptability, with a long-term commitment to libraries as critical infrastructure for learning, belonging, and institutional success.
